Inspired by designs from our archive, our Reissues collection reinterprets original pieces with directional styling. The graphic sweatshirt may be a humble piece, but its relevance stretches back decades. During the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, printed graphics were bolder and brighter than ever - a sign of the times as multi-coloured sportswear took pride of place on the European tennis circuit – a long way from the strict whites of Wimbledon. For this piece, we delve into our archive to revive a classic vine graphic. An abstract take on our signature branding, the design takes influence from the origins of our Laurel Wreath, which was worn as a crown by the athletic Greek God, Apollo.
